The Yokohama Avid ENVigor tire has uniquely positioned itself as one of the better all-season radials on the road today. I don't say that lightly because once you see how this tire performs and rides, you'll come away with the same overall feeling.

This Yokoham ENVigor features a new silica compound in the tread that reduces rolling resistance while giving the tire better grip and cornering on the road. Many drivers have reported an increase in fuel mileage after putting this tire on their vehicle.

Wet road traction is enhanced by the continuous center rib and angled groove walls in the tread that combine with 3D sipes to evacuate water and reduce the risk of hydroplaning. Road noise is virtually non-existent due to the six pitch tread variation that separates the tire's tread blocks. Groove in groove technology promotes more even wear and a longer lasting tread life.

The tire carcass on the Yokohama Avid ENVigor sports two steel belts and a jointless spirally wound nylon cap to give the tire more durability and better high speed ride quality. Yokohama tires backs up the Avid Envigor with a very nice 5 year or 60,000 mile tread warranty for its H and V speed rated tires, and 5 years or 45,000 miles on their W speed rated models. Tire uniformity is guaranteed for any model for the first 2/32 inch of wear.

Materials and workmanship is backed for 5 years and includes free first year replacement or the first 2/32 inch of tread wear, followed up by a prorated amount for the remaining time period or the final 2/32 inch of useable tread life.

Finally, Yokohama provides a 30 day test drive on the Avid ENVigor whereby you can either refund or exchange the tires in the event you are not happy.
