The Nitto NT 450 Extreme Performance tire provides not only all-season handling, but high speed cornering and performance on dry pavement as well. This model has somewhat flown under the radar so to speak, but for those who have driven on it or heard about it, you know it's a serious high speed tire with V and ZR speed ratings.

The double-V tread pattern includes unique lateral slits and grooves that help this tire get around on wet roads, while a uni-directional tread design gives it more traction on dry pavement.

The NT 450 Extreme sports twin steel belts and a jointless ply cap for better stability at higher speeds, as well as enhanced riding comfort and lower road noise. A rim guard is also incorporated into the tread for protection against damage from curbs. What may surprise you with this Nitto tire is the 45,000 mile warranty that comes along with it.

Overall, we really like this model that Nitto has put out. For the money it gives a lot of performance that is generally only found in high performance tires costing much more.
