Firestone WinterForce Tire Review
No matter how deep the snow and ice gets, the Firestone WinterForce snow tire is designed to keep you moving
down the road regardless. With a studdable design, this is a model that offers serious performance at a very low
price point.
The tire itself sports a directional tread pattern and independent tread blocks. Combined with more densely
populated sipes, it bites and grips snow and ice like a studded tire. Speaking of studs, the WinterForce can be
outfitted with TSMI #12 metallic studs if you require them in your particular area.
Inside the tire you will find twin steel belts covering a polyester body that give this tire much better overall
strength and comfort, while improving stability at highway speeds.
The Firestone WinterForce snow tire provides outstanding traction on light snow, deep snow, ice, slush or rain
soaked roads, while doing so for a low cost. You can find higher performance snow tires , but you would be hard
pressed to find one that offers the excellent value for the money that the Winter Force does.

Price Range
Prices on the Firestone WinterForce range from around $50 for the smaller 13 inch series to approximately $130
for 18 inch series tires.

Warranty
Firestone Tires does not have a mileage warranty on the WinterForce, which is pretty much standard for snow
tires. They do however provide a first 1/32 inch of wear for tire uniformity.
Materials and workmanship are backed for 5 years. The guarantee is prorated down until there is 2/32 inch of
useable tread depth left on the tire.
